The therapists at Core Physical Therapy in Blacksburg are outstanding! They are very knowledgeable and they have helped me so much with my knee and shoulder pain. After receiving individualized therapy and participating in groups exercises, I am much stronger and have better balance, which will help protect me from falls. As an older patient, this is very important to me. I highly recommend Core Physical Therapy.

Brenda Miller is excellent at her craft. I've gone to her for two different sports related injuries and she's helped get them resolved. I highly recommend going to see her!

I’m 83 years old.I took four weeks of physical therapy for a possible torn rotator cuff at Core Physical Therapy. What a pleasant, helpful group of people! My therapist was Mary Kate. With her combination of careful encouragement to increase my ability and knowledge of safe limits, I met all the goals she set for me. The therapy employed a range of exercises. My shoulder is much better! I strongly recommend Core Physical Therapy.

As opposed to other PT centers, the therapists here do not have multiple patients. All the attention is on you. Kim is a great therapist; my shoulder is all the way back from a serious surgery.

My goal, after knee surgery, was to get back on my mountain bike and to backpack in the Rockies. Kim was amazing at assessing my needs and moving me towards my goal with a custom designed exercise program. My strength and confidence increased every week. The workout space was well lighted and always had an uplifting positive vibe. Best of all, I was able to achieve my physical goals because of the healing program provided. Very professional, well educated, and caring group at Core. I highly recommend.

My experience with Core Physical Therapy was the first time I had ever had physical therapy. What a wonderful experience! Mary Kate made me feel better in every way. She is knowledgeable, professional, caring, and lots of fun.

This is the BEST physical therapy facility in the NRV. Brenda and Morgan have worked with me. Morgan worked with me a few years ago for my heel and my core. In 2023 And some in 2024 Brenda worked with me after total right knee replacement. We worked on strengthening my right side, quads and glutes twice a week for six months. I am an 80 year old woman and my right leg, and core is the strongest it’s been in approximately five years. While in therapy with Brenda she would give me a list of exercises to do at home which I have continued to do. At therapy, Brenda would watch me walk and could tell me which parts of my body needed strengthening.
